Vulyk Honey&Berries Creamed Honey with currants

Creamed honey with currants is produced according to a special creaming technology First, honey is saturated with air and changes its structure due to regular mixing for 3 days. At the second stage we add dried and crushed into powder currant berries to the creamed honey and get an astringent flavour of honey with currants. One jar contains 12 g of dried currant powder and 228 g of honey.
