Vulyk Selected Honey Acacia

Natural monofloral acacia honey collected by bees in Bessarabia area of Odesa region of Ukraine. Limited lot. This particular lot of acacia honey of 2017 was gathered on the yellow acacia flowers and has a delicate taste and distinctive flavour. The taste of honey, same as wine, depends on the place of gathering and weather conditions. Every year we gather the tastiest honey as the results of the organoleptic appraisal by experts confirm. The lots are not great because even in bee houses standing near each other the honey taste can differ.
